It was a nice experience with mokoyos, cafes in the terrace and a great beach! Amazing I can say. Gorgeous!!🏖🌊🌞. My room was near the pool and from the hotel to the Market place is not so far. so I could go to gym and could do some shopping! I recommend it. The staff is incredible I can say that even when there are some shortages. They do what they can. And that is one of the reasons I come back the beach and the staff. And its terrace. Great for morning coffees, specially those prepared by Ernesto. Thanks to Ana who explains is the facilities and give info relating to the resort, quite friendly girl. Of I come back. Sure. You receive what you pay for!

It is a very quiet hotel and the workers all have incredible smiles. The pool is beautiful and quiet... the food is good, sometimes very cold but well cooked. The entertainment for the children is very good and the girls at the baby club are very affectionate. We left the children there and without a problem it is a very good option. The room is comfortable and has everything you could need in it. We will return without a doubt.

The weather and the beach are really nice! Yeisel, Yorkis , Ulises ,Pairol in the entertainment group are very friendly and funny. The drinks are really nice and the pool is refreshing. The room is decently good and the server at the buffet are very nice. 😊 I’m coming back again

The only people who really go here are the repeat people who have been coming a long time. They got some new uniforms for staff but still does not out weigh the cleanliness, lack of toilet paper and shortages of food and booze as a whole even when there is not a lot of people. Even with repeat people coming it gets annoying because they are very loud all of the time and it is a never ending fest of alternate arrangements with animation people. But there are some good people bringing things to town which is nice to see. The locals who come to the resort take everything to eat and leave everyone with next to nothing. This is not a family resort anymore but more of a hook up and do what you want kind of place. Staff included! You can get everything and anything your fantasies desire from them. Pairol, Hansel, Julis, Abraham, Yorky, yord are fun they have no problem making appointment for you. But the beach is the best part above anything else.

The best entertainer, always so happy and getting us dancing. We went to an incredible foam party he hosted, and had the best time! I couldn’t ask for a better entertainer! He always goes out of his way to come talk to us and make us feel welcomed. Thank you for everything Andy!!

Andy the entertainer is so fun and always full of energy and smiles. Loves getting everyone involved, and is always so happy. His energy is absolutely what makes our day, that big smile is all we need to start the day off right 😁 I highly suggest meeting this man, he will make the trip so much fun !

All of Cuba has food issues. This place takes the cake. I almost rated it a two star… but I didn’t have time to see the entire resort. So that would be unfair. This is one of the busier resorts on Santa Maria. I ate my cold rice, cold chicken leg, and begged for a glass of wine. As a group we spent our very short meal period laughing at food and being careful not to eat more than we had to. Hope I’m not sick. That said they were making fresh hot donuts with chocolate or cinnamon sprinkles. Bloody genius. Went to classic Micheal Jackson show afterwards. So sad, I felt awkward watching. Points for enthusiasm but one of worst shows I’ve seen in a long time. Audience still hooted and sang along to MJ. Seriously though… it’s 2025. It’s time for an update and every resort in Cuba does a version of this same routine. I saw the one in Cayo Coco last year and it rocked. lol.

Grand Memories Santa Clara is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a stunning beachfront setting that immediately set the tone for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. The resort itself is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds, clean and spacious rooms, and a variety of amenities that cater to all types of travelers. The beach is breathtaking—soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water make it perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jenny was especially good The entertainment team did an amazing job keeping guests engaged with daily activities and live shows. Whether it was water sports, dance lessons, or evening performances, there was never a dull moment. Overall, Grand Memories Santa Clara offers an exceptional experience with its stunning location, excellent service, and vibrant atmosphere.

This was my first time at this resort. The building we stayed at was ok, but not recommended for elderly people or people with disabilities due to the super high tubs they have for us to take a shower in the end of the day. Other than that, it was a very pleasant place to stay for a week, good food, great pool with fun entertainment. Me and my family, since day one, were going to the buffet for food, and then we meet Victor and Maidelin, who treated us so nice for the whole week. We felt very comfortable with Victor and Maidelin serving us, they treated us almost like royalty, always paying attention and asking if we needed something. Places like this, need more people like Victor and Maidelin, they are fun, super kind, very hard workers and very good heart! Next time I'm going back to this place, I hope I'll have them serving me again and so I can also give them a big hug as a thank you for the excellent service! Thank you so much!!! You both made this vacation worth it!1
