The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. Only 1 issue with room as the ac unit was dripping, but they quickly changed our room without any issues. All in all a very nice hotel and safe location.

Receptionist are too slow to entertain us. First in line to queue but waited for 30 minutes before our check in was processed. Housekeeping forgot our towels. Could have improved there services.

Clean and well-presented hotel. I've never experienced a hotel lobby not being on the ground floor (it's on floor 9), but that's no big deal. We stayed in the deluxe twin room. 2 king single beds that can be pushed together if you're a couple. Beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was also very clean. The only issues we had were: WiFi very slow/going in and out of range. Wait times for the elevator were consistently long (3-4mins) Buffet breakfast was delicious! We didn't get the chance to check out the pool as we only stayed overnight.

Really fun place to stay while in Cebu. Lots of activities and opportunities to make friends. There is a humidity problem in some of the rooms so be sure to keep the air conditioner on a high setting.

Breakfast was very various choices and delicious. Especially meats, yogurt and coffee good tastes. Rooms are quiet for resting well There has pool and jakuz. Pool little deep for kids. Jeetney (public transport) station near to the hotel (only 20php) Wifi and tv was good. There has many nice pictures every floors and rooms has different. That was interesting. Elevator very fast😅

There's a misleading part of price inclusions...in this booking site says children 10 & below are free for breakfast,but in the hotel its not included,should pay half...only 3yrs old and below are free...bit sad,should put info correctly...but the rest is fine for its price
