The staffs and guards were all friendly, approachable and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet, has good wifi, and comfortable to stay with, also very convenient, just a walking distance to Sugbo mercado and Ayala. In general, my wife and I had a great experience here. Highly recommended!

Always been my go-to hotel when visiting Cebu, even before the pandemic. For Sinulog 2025, I booked a one-night stay and was delighted to find they now include breakfast! I love how accessible it is to everything, the cleanliness of the place, and the friendly staff who always make me feel welcome. Thank you, Zerenity, for another great experience.

Rooms are adequate for price and very close to IT park. No handsoap provided. Karaoke early morning from across street very loud every day. Can get better value in cebu if not so close to it park necessary. Toilet and sink don't drain well.

The hotel is located in Brgy Apas and next to Cebu IT Park business establishments. Great stay for solo traveler. Accessible to public transpo and malls. It also had a great view from the 6th floor, where I stayed. They only serve simple plated meal though for breakfast since they're a 3-star hotel however, the food is satisfying. They're staffs are, friendly, helpful and courteous. I would come back here whenever I am in Cebu...
