"Every thing is perfect, except the The smart Tv , I have to leave and check out the hotel because of the smart TV , the smart TV in the room have to use a mouse to Change the movies in Netflix , and it is very uncomfortable to use the mouse in the bed , the staff was very professional and very helpful especially the young lady at the lobby, she was very nice and professional, she fully refund me the full amount and she apologized, I love the hotel and I appreciate the staff , everything was perfect except the TV , hopefully they can fix this issue soon , looking forward to go back to 88th Avenue once the TV issue fixed 😁"

"Was made to wait for a while during check in coz I arrived early. In my previous stays though I was readily accommodated notwithstanding the arrival time, which is why I always choose this Hotel. But overall, I love this Hotel’s customer service, especially the dining area peeps, that’s why am fond of inviting my cebu nieces & nephews over for breakfast, their restaurant personnel are always a two thumbs for me! :)"

"The room were amazing we stay a Jr suit on the 8th floor and the executive room on the 11th the hotel it self is not very big perfect if your a bit of a introvert person . Ok WiFi on the 3 floor and great WiFi on the 11th also the was steaming hot if I wanted that hot . The life band were good and the buffet was good they changed the food every day ,( example chicken curry one day then chicken adobo) best and worst part in my opinion No pool Best part was the location There also a karaoke rooms for rent with food and drinks service"

"Located right beside SM City Mall with a side stairs that closed at 12am. There is Starbucks there also ! The shower water taste ok unlike another resort I stayed which is salty. Hotel in the middle of everything like mall / clubs / restaurants. Recommend it. Cons: called for room service at 10pm but take a long time to pick up. Also take some time to send up the stuffs we requested for. Also the toilet flush is very weak so I wouldn’t recommend you to throw any tissue in. Oh ya and there is a 7-11 nearby maybe 5-6 mins walk but I think it’s abit scammy. Only can paid by cash and also 1 night when I only have limited cash while the staff scanned the items. He told me I cannot remove the item or else he have to pay with his own pocket money ??? And told us to withdraw money. So we withdraw and paid and I even confirmed with the hotel staff, they told me the cashier can just remove the item in the system and do not need to use their own pocket money to cover."

"The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent, as they updated all the consumables. The breakfast was very rich and varied. This hotel exceeded my expectations."

"They have a baby pool that is just the right size for my daughter and a pool good enough for my teenage son. The water faucet has well-maintained hot and cold shower plumbing and it makes it so comfortable to rest when all amenities are working. Their massage is 24 hours open. Their sauna in the gym is a bit inconvenient because you have to walk pass through all the people working out if you want to use the sauna. Other than that, everything is excellent!"

"Location was awesome and room is big, but the downside is the water supply each day was always not enough. We had to stock up pails of water incase there’s no water in the morning."

"The place is good! Though it could be better. We went to the hotel and we were asked by the guard which room, since I booked with trip.com and it's my first time I didn't really know what he meant. So, we waited for more or less than 30 min. then the guard called for the owner, then it went well from there. Then, upon checking the room, the blanket is only good for 1 person. One of the pillows has no case. Then we cant't turn on the TV 'cause it can't reach the socket, and there's no extension for it. Also, there's a wifi but we don't know how to connect with it. We were not able to connect with the owner as well. But the rest of the stay is good, the location of the place and the unit itself is very nice."
