Delayed flight meant I arrived late, place was completely shut and they didn’t answer the bell or phone. Contacted trip who tried to help and called them for me and they refused to let me in. They also refused to refund any of my money after literally not letting me stay, not even for the breakfast I didn’t get to eat. Even trip.com told them to refund me and they refused - so although I never got to meet anyone here it’s not giving a friendly vibe. Avoid

I stayed in a single room for the first time in a while on a solo trip, but I was disappointed.
It was very old, and there was a creaking sound wherever I walked, and the sound of people walking and doors slamming in other rooms was constantly echoing.
Even though I was in a single room, the toilet and shower were shared.
It was the day of a large-scale power outage, so I couldn't take a shower and couldn't have breakfast the next day, so I just left the key and left. I won't be staying here again.

It was a rainy day when I arrived in Porto and saw a very sad city, but it was still incredibly beautiful.
Susana, the person in charge of the hostel when I arrived, was the best part of the stay, kind, smiling, she reminded me that, even on days like this, the sun is always there. I will definitely come back.
Recommendation: always bring earplugs: choosing a female room to avoid snoring is a dream. We snore too😂

The room has a large space and bathing environment. It has a large window to the outside. The view outside the window is the unobstructed backyard and the sky. It also comes with breakfast. Apart from the slow internet speed and the daily disinfection and cleaning time, I think it is very good. great value for money

So Cool Hostel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with good toilet and shower facilities. Breakfast included. Really close walking distance to Metro (Carolina Michealis). Would definitely recommend.

Even tho my staying here was a short one, i really enjoyed this hostel. I was in the room with 7 other people. Everything was fine, nothing to complain. Breakfast was good and everything was clean. Friendly staff that is willing to help. The only thing that i did not like was the fact that the bathroom's cabins are a little small (and im not a tall guy), and the room is a little cold. But the overall experience was a good one :) I will come here again.
