Appearances are deceiving. On the pictures it may look like a nice hotel, but in reality it was our worse experience we have ever had. The room we rented was very small and dirty, everything was broken or full of dust. The minibar was switched off and mouldy, windows in the room were broken and would not open. The staff was arogant and not helping. For everything you need they charge you extra fee. Do not recommend.

· Nach diversen Aufenthalten, war dieser Aufenthalt der schlechteste. Unser Hund war auch nicht zum ersten Mal hier dabei... Frühstück hat sehr nachgelassen. Für einen winzigen Hund der keinerlei Dreck verursacht, keine Haare verliert, kein Frühstück einnimmt, kein Strom und kein Wasser verbraucht und auch keine Wäsche benötigt, GANZE 20 EURO PRO NACHT zu verlangen, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Leider kann ich alleine aus dem Grund, keine bessere Bewertung abgeben. Noch NIE erlebt so etwas, egal wie erstklassig und hochpreisig unsere Hotels in der Vergangenheit, überall auf der Welt waren, 20 EURO PRO NACHT für einen kleinen Hund, ist für mich einfach Geldschneiderei. 10€ waren bisher das Maximum, was wir für den Hund bezahlen mussten, meistens gar nichts. Wir haben pro Person ca.37 € inkl. Frühstück, Wäsche, Wasser & Strom, pro Nacht bezahlt. Was ist das für ein Verhältnis? Oder wird so die neue Terasse vor dem Wingang finanziert ? Und ja, wir haben vorher gefragt, die Antwort kam, als wir bereits dort waren...wir dachten es wäre ein Schreibfehler... Mit Hund absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Auch werden wir in Zukunft das Kloster- Hotel aufgrund dessen nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht mehr weiter empfehlen.
