Fatal ,el baño olía malísimo,había que entrar casi con mascarilla..,el papel higiénico estaba usado y en uno había una mancha desagradable,que por supuesto hemos cambiado ....las almohadas tenían un pestazooo solo ponen limpia la funda ...la manta parecía una de esas que te dan en calabozos ,parecía un estropajo duro...hemos pedido una cuna para nuestra niña y nos cobran un suplemento de 10 euros. Y por no descontar a la dueña o encargada : muy seca y cortante ,daba mal royo....sin embargo el servicio de demás empleados muy bueno ,los camareros atentos y serviciales muy encantados por su servicio , la comida nos gustó bastante ,un poco corta pero no se le puede pedir más por 13 euros el menú....por cierto,queríamos quedarnos 3 días y lo reducimos a 1 noche

Haciendo uso del Bono Turístico de la Xunta de Galicia nos alojamos en este hotel, situado en una zona céntrica del pueblo. La habitación era espaciosa, disponía de una terraza cerrada, una cómoda cama matrimonial, no era ruidosa, estaba limpia y tenía lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Existe un restaurante y una cafetería de acceso al público directamente desde la calle. Por último, señalar que el personal fue muy correcto y amable, dispuesto a informar sobre lugares que visitar y cosas que hacer en el pueblo.

Muy acogedor y con un trato excelente por parte del personal. Le pongo cuatro puntos por un solo motivo, la habitación no tiene vistas, pero si tiene un pequeño patio muy acogedor donde pasar una agradable estancia. Su hubicación impide tener buenas vistas pero es muy céntrico.

He de reconocer que no he pisado ni el hotel. La reserva q se hace en web no corresponde con la confirmación y cuando contestan al correo lo hacen de malas formas, lo mismo que al teléfono. Lo primero que debe primar es la educación y eso le falta a la persona que responde tanto a los correos como al telefono. NO LO RECOMENDARÍA PARA NADA. El trato al cliente debe ser primordial.
