Beautiful facilities, friendly and great service, and excellent food and drinks. By far the best beach club on the Yucatan Peninsula, and the hotel is exceptional.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous clean room with all the amenities, and a really relaxing communal space by the beautiful sea. Excellent food and drinks, too! Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews, let alone a bad one, but I think other travelers need to be warned. Jessica and her staff are wonderful. They are attentive, kind, and responsive. They helped with my luggage, getting me moved to another room, and even exchanging money. The hotel has beautiful views of the ocean and is clean, though overall it does need an update. However, they have two big problems. One is bugs, which I suspect are bed bugs as I was severely bitten throughout the night on my neck and shoulders. When I mentioned it to the hotel, they ignored me. Then they charged two different credit cards for the same nightly charge. I contacted them via WhatsApp and email (they did not answer my phone calls) and waited for over a week. They did nothing and never responded to my email. I was forced to call American Express and dispute the charge. All of this ruined a trip where I spent almost $500 for one weekend. Hotels in Mexico are notorious for disparaging guests when they write a bad review. My stay was great. But in not rectifying the duplicate charge, the hotel tried to steal from me. In all my travels in Mexico, this has never happened. Very disappointing.

The location and the room was nice, but a few things could be improved. 1. A safe in the room 2. Nespresso coffee cups daily available instead of paying 65 pesos each cup (same price as a beer!) 3. Music less loud 4. Cleaning of the room was so so.

En pocas palabras, la amabilidad al llegar del personal fue lo mejor, sin embargo lo que esta por mejorar no esta al alcance de ellos y se requiere inversion y coordinacion. 1. Piscina principal turbia, con el agua verde. 2. Internet pesimo, en habitacion ocelote nunca funciono. Nos dijeron era por la lluvia sin embargo desde antea que llegamos sin lluvia no funciono. 3. En habitacion ocelote si llueve se filtra el agua de lluvia en todo el area del baño, la ventaja es que escurre rapido, sin embargo me moje los pies al ir al baño. 4. Falta de privacidad, habian trabajos frente a nuestra habitacion; reparando techo de una palapa.

Excelente para una escapada de fin de semana, la comida es rica pero las porciones son un poco pequeñas para el costo, las bebidas muy buenas, la tranquilidad no tiene precio, el personal de servicio fue muy amable. El lugar es muy bonito en general.
