Very nice and comfortable hotel in the North of Germany. I spent 1 night and also had a dinner in a private room having a very good food and wine.. Amenities in the room, room very silent and comfortable... Price breakfast included is no expensive compared with other hotels I've been in the same area. Parking in the hotel, important in case you go by car... I recommend...

Im Nachhinein wurde uns erst bewusst, wir haben eine „Perle“ besucht. Nachdem uns die äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin die spannende Geschichte des Hauses näher gebracht und erzählt hat, haben wir das Haus mit anderen Augen gesehen. Zudem hatte sie noch einen Schnaps dabei, der nach geheimen Hausrezept gebrannt wird und wir haben jede einzelne Zutat herausgeschmeckt. Unser Deluxe Zimmer war geräumig groß, das Bad war neu gemacht. Nachdem wir die Geschichte des Hauses kannten, war uns bewusst, das der Familie hier etwas richtig Gutes gelungen ist: behutsam nach und nach erneuern und dabei die Tradition und Geschichte trotzdem erhalten. Und das ist eine schwere Aufgabe, das Ergebnis ist überzeugend. Das kulinarische Angebot überzeugt genauso, gute Qualität lecker zubereitet. Und abends auf der Terrasse Abschluss mit tollen Getränken. Das alles wird ergänzt mit wechselnden Sonderangeboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleines und schönes Hotel. Das Abendessen und Frühstück wären sehr lecker. Spezialitäten des Hauses waren hervorragend - Hönig, Aperitif Cocktail..... . Das Zimmer war sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet und wir haben gut geschlafen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Dit is een comfortabel hotel, mijn kamer was enigszins gedateerd en aan de kleine kant. Ook de badkamer was niet ruim. Groot voordeel is de stilte in het hotel, dus nachtrust was erg goed. Ontbijtbuffet is goed qua assortiment, wat ik wel miste is een kop cappuccino (dat is tegenwoordig toch vrijwel de standaard...). De bar was gezellig maar sloot al rond 22.30 uur. Een score 3 is wat aan de lage kant, maar en score 4 is te hoog.

Das Privathotel befindet sich ca. drei Kilometer außerhalb von Celle. Obwohl an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße/Kreuzung gelegen, ist es, wenn man ein Zimmer zum Innenhof bucht, sehr ruhig. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Einchecken verlief freundlich und professionell. Alle Mitarbeiter sind augenscheinlich sehr gut ausgebildet und verrichten ihren Dienst zurückhaltend, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einige von ihnen sind bereits seit Jahrzehnten hier tätigt, was für ein gutes Management und Personalführung spricht. Das Hotel beschäftigt sehr viele Mitarbeiter, es finden viele Familienfeiern und andere Veranstaltungen statt. Unser gemütliches Deluxe-Zimmer war über 50 m² groß. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neuwertig und funktional. Das Bad war sehr groß, nur das Bett war sehr tief gelegen und die Matratze nicht sehr komfortabel. Bei Bedarf können spezielle Kissen geordert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Benutztes Geschirr wird von den aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern nach Gebrauch sofort abgeräumt. An sonnigen Tagen kann auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt werden. Gleiches gilt für das Abendessen. Die kleine Abendkarte bietet Spezialitäten aus der Region. Fazit: Wir können dieses komfortable Hotel wegen seiner Nähe zu Celle, dem vorbildlichen Service und dem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war ok nicht gerade modern, aber sauber. Der Service war jedoch weit hinter dem was man für den Preis erwarten darf. Frühstück war unterirdisch. Sowohl das Büfett selber (sehr magere Auswahl, nicht aufgefüllt, sehr altmodisch, kaum Obst), als auch der Service. Dieser war beim Abendessen jedoch positiv hervorzuheben. Leider das einzige was den Mindesterwartungen entsprach.
