I read what was written and thought about canceling, but then we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we came. Yes, there is insufficient staff, but they are trying to help as much as they can. Our room was clean when we arrived. We cleaned it and it was clean again on the second day. Food is usually grilled. Some of the things in the open buffet are always the same, parates, croquants, salads, tarts, etc. There are no extras, but one day there is grilled fish, the other day there is grilled chicken, the other day there is doner kebab. The evenings were very entertaining, they even organized a Turkish night, which I watched with admiration. Since the plates were washed quickly, there were residues on some of them, so I bought clean ones. This is because the cleaning staff is not trained and the hotel is very crowded. I liked it, I will come again. You can reach the sea by passing through an underpass near the sea, there is no problem. I think Aqua's pool is a small infection because my child vomited and we did not use it again, but it is a very good hotel for its price.

I'm trying the hotel, it's a terrible place, it means being disgraced with your money, I don't know what the person who gives this hotel a star or keeps it open is really doing for what purpose. There are no towels in the rooms. They are full of stains. The sheets are old. The bathroom is flooded with stains until the morning. I couldn't go to bed because of the fear of stagnation....the worst three days of my life, summer after summer. .... It's a shame for the facility, the location is number 10, the sea is number 10, but it's a shame with this awfulness, save the hotel from the hands of this business, it's a shame, there is no food, brother, we ate fruit, but you can find the most delicious variety of chicken, lunch, pancakes for dinner, leftovers from lunch, juicy food, etc. everything is so bad, I read a lot of comments and went there. But I said it can't be that bad, it's a 5-star hotel, after all, we didn't break our intentions by saying people exaggerated or wrote about it being bad, but we experienced the exact truth, what was written was never a lie, it's really the worst of the worst, it's sad to write these, I wish we had written the good things, it's a shame, there is a woman who cleans the 6-storey hotel, may God help her. The hotel is full of Russians. The men have come hungry and are sweeping you away like a swarm of ants. The hotel is already full, and the men also asked us, "If we were bad, the hotel would be full. There is no need for us here. That's why it's not a place for Turks. Anyone who comes will regret it, but the view is beautiful. It's a shame."

The plates are wet, everything is dirty, strange, for 5, very different. Literally everything and everywhere is dirty, there are such smells in the heat! Everything is sticky, everything is in spots. But there are fruits and vegetables, they bring them, you can hardly find meat, the fish are small, bony,. From chicken trimming meat and a type of beef goulash, it was hard for us without meat ... Well, plus mass poisoning on day 5, it seems that the pools are also dirty, bleach is poured into them only in the morning, and there are a lot of people, especially locals ... He left for a day, after that they ate little and selectively, that is, it is better to be hungry. The sea is cool, very warm, with waves of varying degrees, sunbeds if you have time to take it in the morning, and there is no animation on the beach, there is no hotel, room cleaning is the same, everything is always requested, there are a lot of people, Russians go everywhere and everywhere they are outraged by everything. They didn’t even let me extend the room, there were no places, the territory was tiny, the air conditioners almost didn’t work anywhere, sweat was poured everywhere. And there was another joke, the son went to the room, he was impatient, he comes running and with piercing eyes says that the door is wide open, there is no lock, the equipment is service.
