We spent four nights at "The Residence", one of several apartments available from the same business. Our "Standard" unit was fully furnished with living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The host Eliano was especially helpful, even meeting us at the shuttle drop-off point (the apartment is in a pedestrian only zone) and walking with us to the rooms. Eliano proved to be a great help in answering our questions, and pointing out places to visit. He is the fifth star in the review summary. If you decide to travel to Ljubljana during the summer, consider that this particular unit does not have AC. This was not a problem while we were there at the beginning of May. Later in the year I would pick one of the other units available, as the rest do have AC. This is not a hotel, more like renting your own individual apartment. Overall, I would not hesitate to book with them again. Ljubljana does deserve more than one visit.

The apartment is very nice, warm and clean. The host was friendly and accurate. Breakfast was good and served at the exact time as agreed. Location is perfect and the neighborhood is really quiet. I would recommend it.

Terrible, suffice it to say that the door to the entrance to the apartment was not closed from the inside!!!!! Anyone could have entered at night simply by pushing the door!!! No one answered our calls despite repeated guarantees of 24 hour service. Furthermore, some parts of the apartment need to be renovated, the cleanliness was not the best with various hairs and hairs in the beds. Finally, the curtains in the living room do not cover the light so those who slept on the sofa bed had light all night. Finally, be aware that there is a nightclub on the corner of the street, so there is noise and crowds all night long. To be precise, we stayed in the apartment on the ground floor. I strongly advise against it even though the location is right in the center.

Ideal location a stone's throw from the shoemakers' bridge in the pedestrian part of the city. We had the ground floor apartment which is dark and whose windows open very little and the shutters do not close, which is a shame. The small kitchenette is very practical. If you come by car, I recommend the P+R Barge park and ride facility (€5/day, bus tickets included) less than 15 minutes away with the dedicated bus (line 9).

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to a public car park, practically on the Ljubljana riverside, in a quiet side street. We stayed in the deluxe apartment. The modern and refined furnishings blend with the ancient structure of the building. The "second bedroom" was actually created through two glass walls in the living room of the apartment. Being glass-fronted and very small (the bedside tables don't even fit) it's not exactly a room, but as we were traveling as a family, it wasn't a problem... it would certainly be better to be able to know this when booking.... However, the apartment is comfortable (for 4 people). Inside the apartment there is an equipped kitchen, a hairdryer, an iron and a coffee machine... I would recommend the host to let his guests find a bottle of water in the house. During our stay the guaranteed WiFi and TV did not work. The door to Notting Hill, the entrance and the external courtyard are fascinating. The site promises an à la carte continental breakfast, but we didn't see any trace of it.... The host was very helpful, he came to personally deliver the key (with 30 minutes' notice of our arrival), on the day the following day he delivered us the requested additional linen, unfortunately he was unable to do anything for the whi.fi...
