The hotel is a bit old. Rooms and facilities needed to be refreshed. The room facing the botanical garden is not well soundproofed. The location and services are good.

Really nice to stay here. Very closed to Kebun Raya, and a lot of culinary around this hotel. The Staff very helpful. The room is clean well.

I am not sure how to comment on this, but the hotel needs to work extra hard on the cleanliness and also immediately upgrade the room properties as the hotel room has strong pungent smell and stuffy. the hotel should regulary vacuum the mattress and replace bed linen, curtain, and pillow with the brand new one as they were old, these also could be the factor of the pungent smell in the room. i have to change room 2 times but still all the rooms were smelly, and i gave up, so i decided to request aroma theraphy from the room service and lit it on during my stay with them. i just stayed for 2 nights, not sure will come back unless the hotel make upgrade of room quality.
The food is okay, many guess needs to be educated about hygine as they grab crackers with their hands not with the tongs bit disguisting.

that hotel may be the most famous in Bogor. anyway, it's a small hotel and the room is cozy and comfy. maybe the only disadvantage was on the last day when I was taking a shower and was surprised that the water is dirty and brown!!
