"Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!"

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at the Whiz Prime Pajajaran.
Our room (9020) have a great view over Bogor city.
Very clean restroom and shower room (seperated).
The mattress is to my opinion too hard but it's okay for just two nights.
The hotel have a great inviting pool, too bad you can not order drinks or snacks at the pool side.
The breakfast room offer Indonesian buffet breakfast. There are bubur ayam, sum sum, nasi goreng, ayam goreng mentega, kwetiau, several kinds of pastries, slices white bread with jam and chocolate paste, water melon and sugar melon to select. Unfortunately the fruit drinks are NOT fresh squeezed fruits but water mixed with concentrated fruit syrup. No fresh milk or yoghurt available.
The downside of the buffet is that the flames of the food heaters were put off already at approx. 8:00 o'clock while the restaurant is still open till 10 o'clock. That's why all the warm food selections are cold already while guests still arriving at the restaurant!
Please don't put the flames off before closing breakfast time. We decided for this reason only the first morning to have brekfast. Breakfast fee is IDR 100K per person.
Overall staff are very helpful and polite.
Will return again to Whiz Prime Pajajaran when in Bogor.

AAnonymous UserBigland Bogor, location is kinda hidden, 7/10. Price is affordable and worth the price, 8/10. Cleanliness is decent, 8/10. My biggest turn off was only the elevator/ lift, super slow and sort of not having a good system. The lift need to go down first, then pick up people from each floor. It has many lifts, but all of the are super slow, expect long queue durung peak season. In the one corridor there are 3 lift, the left one and the middle was connected, but the right one is not connected with the others, you have to press 2 button. Just fucking slow. Biggest turn off, saw people complaining the same thing since few years back but today still the same, the management is not learning.

HHoOlyHotel with environtmental friendly approach. Refillable mineral water, shampoo/soap/face soap, handsoap. Overall im satisfy with the service. botani square mall, lippo plaza & bogor botanical garden is nearby. For those vegetarian/vegan, there is karunia baru restaurant nearby the area but you need to take grab. Very greenery place around the area, it is because of the botanical garden. Spacious area for morning walk for joggers and family. If you would like to ride on 'delman' aka horse carriage, it is also nearby the area though you need to walk around 20 minutes to reach at the 'delman' station. Alternatively, you can take grab and there is 1 row of rider offering to bring you with their horse carriage. Pricing varies from 60k - 70k rupiah.

NNunungWell, it was our first time, but we were happy to stay there. the staff is nice, the check-in is quick and easy.
the lounge is artistic. the room is comfortable and spacious, enough for the three of us.
the facilities are good. there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, an ironing table, a small fridge, and some hangers.
the swimming pool is good.
the food is delicious, there are international as well as traditional menus. you can also have indomie by request. But, there is one menu that need to be improved, the sushi (I think the rice is too cold).
overall, we enjoyed staying there.

the room is located on 6 floors and the elevator only reaches the 5 floors then I have to continue by the staircase to the sixth floor.
The room is so smelly with smoke, We asked to change the room to a nonsmoking room but they can't give.
the bathroom tile is so slippery we must be extra careful when bathing.
when breakfast time we didn't know our room had already been checked as having taken the breakfast we just got down to have breakfast, luckily the manager saw this intention and allowed me to have breakfast.
the room has a no-view window even though it's on the sixth floor, how come?
