Hotel Shri Vinayak was good, the rooms here were spacious and the staff was humble and kind. What I liked the most about this place was that special attention was given to cleanliness and the check-in was fast. The reception was available 24 hours to help, so we faced no difficulty at all. I want to thank everyone who made my stay enjoyable and memorable.

WORST SERVICE! The staff is extremely rude, they don’t follow booking policies from any website such as ***********, goibibo, make my trip and are least helpful. I had a horrible experience with them where the receptionist or staff were not accountable for their mistakes! They cancel your bookings on time to give away rooms at better prices. Spoiled my whole experience of being in Delhi! Never look for accommodation at this hotel!

Stayed here as i had an early morning train to board and this place is at a walking distance from new delhi railway station. At first the front office found no record of my booking. On showing the booking, i was directed to level 4 (the hotel rooms are upto level 3 and the elevator also stops at level 3. On level 4 there are two make shift rooms overlooking what looked like a shared toilet and a broken terrace. The rooms looked like hotel rooms but the upholstery, linen and walls were all messed. The toilet was unclean. Did not use any other facilities after this experience. The hotel staff comes to the terrace to make personal phone calls or chat leaving you little solace. The area itself is quite noisy given its proximity to the railway station. There are plenty of better hotels close by which appear to be better managed and maintained. The staff although was polite and nice.

Service was poor room was untidy and soo small as compared to prices and there was no warm water for bathing all over the experience was worst

Hotel stoff is very lazy and ac remote not provided by hotel. We ask again and again but not provided remote. So we can't control ac temperature according to need. Also tv is not working. After complain, finally after one hours tv change but ac remote not provided.

We booked 2 rooms and when we reached there they told us that no rooms are available and we should cancel the booking& they blame the site for booking rooms and told that they had already asked the app to remove their hotel from booking & the staff was very rude and disrespectful.
