It's the most obnoxious experience I've ever had in my life. It's too overrated for its low class standard as the hotel rooms are shoddy and definitely not value for money.First of all,the housekeeping service was dissatisfying since the rooms demonstrated poor hygiene and maintenance. The mini fridge was practically out of order together with the large flat screen TV which had poor image quality and bad sound reception. Secondly,the hotel cleanliness has been jeopardised with all the shabby bedding amenities and absence of toiletries. The elevator is too slow and requires technical maintenance. I must underlign the fact that the hotel's online photos are ironically a deceptive speculation of real-life views.Finally,the hotel doesn't even offer complimentary water bottles and cold foodstuffs are served.

Price of the hotel was the most expensive of my one month trip. Though i have to admit that most of time i stayed in small towns. Breakfast was good and included in rate and served directly in room. Located not too far from Connaught Place and beside travel agency were i booked a bus trip to Taj Mahal for about 700 roupies (train was all full). The hotel was booked through an Indian Travel Agency but fee charged was about 30%!!

The personnel here weren't friendly enough and also weren't service oriented. Though the rooms interior was good but the rooms weren't managed properly (Eg: dirty sheets , not working AC & TV , Bad smells.....) . We had a terrible one day stay and checked out of the hotel a day earlier than we were supposed to . Would suggest you to improve the quality of your hotel and hence train you employees properly especially when it comes to deal with customers.

Everything in this hotel needs upliftment.Room was provided upon arrival.Booked through OYO.But the linen in the room was stinking.Pillow cases were stained with oil,bedsheet had bootmarks as if somebody had cleaned his shoes before checking out.But these shortcomings were addressed. Another problem faced was the shortage of hot water.Had booked 2 rooms.Out of the two one room had a severe shortage of hot water.On informing the reception the person at reception kept on harping the same tune"please be patient, it will come".We had to check out at 11AM and hot water came through at 10:40AM. So anyone can guess what kind of shower I had to take. Finally, if someone has to stay in Delhi in order to shop, then this is the ideal place.Other than that nothing special about this place.

Why is there not hot water? I'll tell you why because they want to save money. Cheap people. Please be aware that hot water is only available from 7-8am not worth the money. Try sacking the guy who's only job it is to open doors because he is bad at it.

Booked hotel through ******* all was confirmed at arrival hotel refused to honor booking but because of a long flight paid for hotel again and was charged more for the room No hot water no toilet paper had to ask 3 times the refrigerator was broken and looked like it has for a long time the place had dirty cups in the hall and in the stairwell they didn't allow non vegetarian food in the hotel Don't recommend it
