The staff were quite helpful and asked if room needs cleaning at various instances. Very central but car does not go in all the way. There is a 2min walk required. Would have appreciated towel and bedsheets changed with clean one but otherwise was a great stay

Awesome experience... behaviour of the staff is friendly...its feels it's our room ...with great hospitality and very much appreciated for there service....it's really good experience anyone visit Delhi must stay in villa .I.e Hotel star villa.....

Nice,clean place. The other bad reviews do have some points of correctness but you're in the middle of New Delhi Bazaar! Yes, it's on a side street Yes, it's not 4 or 5 star but it's clean and the staff are very friendly & helpful. It really is an experience staying in Delhi but it's a true taste of the capital & how the people live here! The only downsides were having a room by reception as quite noisy all night & a sewage smell from the street from about 6am to 7am but it wasn't all night. Pros - Suitable location Cons - Room by reception. Enjoy your stay it's an experience to be here!

Stupidly we didn’t view rooms before paying for 2 night stay - immediately on entering we were looking for a new place!!! Seriously avoid this area as solo women / family - seedy location. Agreed on a 50% refund in the end but not after endless chat about how they have a nicer hotel - feel completely scammed

If you are gonna go as a couple then the hotel staff will ask for IDs from each and every one of you. You boys can take a room and tell the hotel staff that your friends may visit you in the hotel so please call me when they arrive. Read all questions about the rooms (1)
