Room is clean, location not bad. Convinient store just beside the hotel and there is a 24hr burger stall in front of hotel. International electric plug is convinient, but no hairdryer provided. No fridge in room. Breakfast limited choice but taste ok

Service is good, they're all very courteous.
The bed is comfortable. The aircond is strong. Cleanliness is not bad. The hotel provides a water dispenser Room is small & the wall is thin.
We only have problems with the pillow. It's very thin & not comfortable at all. Please have a look into that.
Location is not to our desire. It seems like the location is far back at Wahid Hasyim area. However, the area seems clean & bright at night.
There are 2 kombinis nearby. Indo Maret is the big ones. And Bangor Burger next to the hotel. Coin laundry is also available right in front of the hotel.
