Room is good. Just still under construction so a bit noise. However, they provide the earplug. Overall good stay at this hotel.

Excellent Stay at Four Points!
We had a wonderful time at Four Points! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and superb location. The convenience of the location made our stay even more enjoyable.
We were thoroughly impressed and would definitely return. We highly recommend Four Points to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

very friendly and helpful staff. good location, very near to Tanah Abang and Sarinah. Love the breakfast, lots of varieties and taste good. Also walking distance to shopping mall. Good facilities and very clean.

Location is good, but inaccessibility with odd-ehven restriction.
Cleanness has not been good. Hotel needs renovation.
Staff service was very good.
Rooms facing the Main Street are very noisy.

The accommodation is strategically located- lots of eateries, restaurants, malls and easy access to transportation. The staff provides excellent service. Once I left my handphone on the sofa near reception. They kept for me and I am very grateful to them. Highly recommended stay! Kudos to Four points!
