I came to Jakarta for the first time to get a US visa. It was May 2024. I chose this hotel because it is located in the center and next to the embassy. I really liked the hotel. The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The staff is very polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. Only about the bed linen (instead of white, the linen had a grayish tint). This was the only negative. Otherwise, everything is great...... In the shower - toothpaste, comb, soap, gel, slippers..... And the FOOD is absolutely fantastic!!! Everything is at the highest level...... Everything was in abundance..... every day a new menu..
During my 10 days of staying at this SOFYAN hotel, I was very satisfied.
