Good location, staffs were helpful and attentive especially the breakfast greeter lady named Weni. I appreciate her kindness and politeness very much. Her standard belongs to higher level hotel such as Ritz or Raffles, tbh.
Anyway, although I didn't find anything wrong with this hotel, I just didn't feel the "5-star" here.

Very nice hotel with great swimming pools. Food is alright but breakfast is awesome. Also, the ambience of this hotel is best. The only stupidity I felt was toilet don’t have any wash basin to wash hands after using toilet. Also, the wash basin is located at opposite side which doesn’t make sense, it’s better to be a part of the bathroom instead of stand alone. The location of bathtub is very nice.

Horrible Noisy from traffic and mosque prayers. Terrible soft mattress and pillow. Not all channels available on the list. They claim satellite problem.. CNA in Asia hotels are mandatory. Can’t control the aircon too much. Weird dark and errie design of hotel from lobby to room. Terrible lightnings whole hotel you can’t see people 2m from you.. even the entrance the grab miss it.. so dark. . Disappointing breakfast.
I can only sleep 6 hours for 2 days. The noisy is unbearable. First and last time to stay. I won’t recommend at all.
