Central Jakarta Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel is charming and has a luxurious ambiance, although it lacks certain amenities typically associated with five-star establishments. Guests are offered complimentary beverages upon check-in. The lobby and lounge areas are spacious and adorned with beautiful Indonesian art and décor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. While the location may not be ideal, it is worth noting that few hotels in Jakarta offer a prime location at this price point. The pool appeared inviting, though I did not have the opportunity to use it. Regrettably, the gym was closed during my visit. The breakfast buffet is truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and large bathtubs.

There were a lot of people staying this time, almost full, the room internet was very poor, but there was no way to improve it, and there was no way to change rooms because it was almost full. The breakfast felt worse. Overall, I would not consider staying here again next time.

Overall is fine with location , strategic with 200m walk and have street of food. Staff is very friendly , facility such as laundry is good for long holiday traveller because we can wash our cloth. Just the breakfast selection is very less, no hot soup area. And no hot coffee machine area. Which feeling sick and wish to have something warm such as soup mee, or hot chocolate they don serve😔 Others all is fine ☺️

Even the room is a bit old but spacious. We’ve got many complimentary during our trip! (Free breakfast, Free BBQ, Free Welcome Fruit and also Free Late Check-out until 3PM. Their Jamu is the best one I’ve ever tasted! Will be back for sure!🫶🏼

Very good swimming pool area. Room is very comfy and spacious. We ordered butter chicken from Room Service and it was very delicious. At the lobby, receptionists offered cookies which is very nice gesture.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel with all the facilities provided. The food for breakfast with wide spread is fabulous. I would to compliment the hotel for having beautiful people around to serve the guests especially Anisanurul whom spent to time to ensure guests are having wonderful time staying in the hotel! Thanks to Angiel who is kind to serve us at front desk!

I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

We had an excellent stay in Jakarta for 4 days and 3 nights for our birthday trip. Thanks to the front desk and guest relations team for making this surprise happen with the nice drawing in the room❤️. They breakfast was nice althis just a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't matter, we really enjoyed it! However, we can not sleep well in the first night because there are some phone vibrations around at the midnight. Hence, we decided to upgrade the room and it’s much better, spacious room. A renovated hotel downtown looks nice but has some things that could be improved. Similar to OYO, which has gained popularity in India, Jakarta has also seen a rise in renovation-type hotels. The advantages are clear: good location, updated facilities (though the building beneath the wall is old), and efficient operations. However, soundproofing is poor due to the age of the building. I could hear the sound of a live band playing on the ground floor, even on the 5th floor, and a guest on the 3rd floor complained to the front desk the following day. The air conditioning is also outdated, leaking water from the AC on the 5th-floor corridor. There’s no privacy curtain, just blackout ones, making it hard to let in natural light. There is no car waiting zone in front. Considering the location, facilities, and operations, USD65, including tax, service, and breakfast, is reasonable.

We feeling like we stay in our home in Singapore and the place is clean quite. Only the toilet posible can be bright if possible because feel little Dim. We Wish in future can stay in to this apartment again Thanks. Have a washing area fr us to wash and only have to purchase the soap by own or can ask housekeeping to give to us.
