Location is ideal, very close to senayan plaza and city. However the room walls are not sound proof. Could literally hear ppl walking around and talking.
There are also some mosquitos in the room.
For the price, the location and room size is definitely worth it. Good for short stay.
Hotel also provide water and some snacks at the lobby

Nice hotel but lighting in the room is not bright enough.

Swimming pool is very nice!
I especially enjoyed fitness centre. So many equipment!

Very cosy, comfortable room with a separate sitting area and bedroom. Very private setting.
Enjoyed breakfast buffet (ala carte option incl), ala carte lunch, and dinner during my stay.
I would like to thank the following staff who were always welcoming, friendly & helpful: Nanda (breakfast), Aida (dinner), Agit (lunch & breakfast). They deserve recognition from hotel management for their efforts & dedication.
Also, thanks to Adi (kitchen), who made a special Javanese herbal drink for me during breakfast.
BTW- the oxtail soup was really tasty.
Little glitches such as mosquitoes in the dining area were quickly followed with remedial procedures promptly.
Gym & Pool at level 9 are of ”boutique size.” but clean & well maintained.
Overall, it was a nice stay.

Booked the hotel to attend concert at stadium opposite them hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Security scanned bags before entering the hotel. Breakfast spread was good with quality Japanese food. Only down side was there was a leak from toilet bowl which was very smelly.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!

The breakfast is good with superb view from 90floor. The staff is attentive. I had the best bubur ayam there. The tea option if from TWG. And the breakfast ala cart menu changes daily. More variety.
My room is ay 86 floor. With 2 view. River and city view (city not so much there is another building blocking the view) but the river wiew of which the bed is facing just spectacular. Esp at night.

Location for our stay this time is great. Just the place we want to be. Going to most of the places was easy. Lots of places for food any time nearby the hotel. Awesome! Room is clean and cozy. After a long day out it was definitely a great place to come ‘home’ and rest. The area also is safe.

Downside, theres no nearby minimart or street food. Have to walk quite distance or take grab to travel. Overall still satisfied.

Amenities are reasonable for the price I paid around 60USD/night or a bit less.
What I complain is about the slopes next to the stairs at the hotel. There are two main buildings of the hotel. There is no problem to move from the main building where the restaurant is located to the second building where I stayed. Yet, it's a hassle to move my luggage on my own as there are many steep slopes next to the stairs. I forgot to take the pictures of them.
The breakfast was so so. Not many options and the taste was average. I'd prefer to stay at another hotel nearby if I have to travel around the area.

CClaraMHThe hotel layout was nice , but the area of it at night was the worst and dangerous It's a nearby mosque and looks /sounds like not just one. my 6 days 5 night was sleepless with all the praying and sounds around Me, NVR knew the barriers of the sounds prove was so bad. Toilet without hose too. Was hard for me to bath and wash , overall would say will not really go for this hotel again . Crew was nice but things was settle for the seek to settle and not settle well , WiFi cut out shortly too which it's like need to keep loging in and out and only 2-3 device connected.

BBrianHotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze.
Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours.
Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks.
Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom.
The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care.
I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days.
Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself.
Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered.
I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it.
I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on.
Won't be staying there again
Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

XXploreTheWorldAs a 5stars hotel, I think it is a little bit overpriced, the hotel is relatively old. But, it is very clean. If you like a citylight view, you may like this hotel, but if you bring your own cars, just prepare to deal with the heavy traffic. Fortunatley it is very near to public transport like MRT.

ZZFHFully satisfied staying here. I emailed the hotel earlier to reconfirm my booking, since i'll be arriving from overseas and i got a prompt confirmation reply.
Location was excellent. Just 1km away and walkable to Plaza Indonesia and Tanah Abang Mall. Sarinah Mall, Bundaran HI MRT Stn and the Jakarta Car Free Morning route were virtually at the hotel's doorstep.
The room was spacious enough with super comfy bed. The only snag was the glass-walled bathroom. When my room mate went to the toilet at night and switched on the lights, i will be woken up.
The hotel staff was attentive and courteous. The breakfast buffet spread was also commendable.
