The lobby is so beautiful but not really match with the room situation. Actually I expect more… poor cleanliness, carpet looks old and also the AC knob looks so dirty.
And very disappointed, when I took my breakfast, they are still using many broken bowl 🫣🫣🫣 Out of standard… I think the hotel should improve this problem…
I am not sure to return for the second stay…

Staff pleasant and helpful. Room service efficient although explaining what was wanted was no mean feat. Maybe rooms little tired but clean.

Nice hotel, even the location is in a busy city. The room is quite big for 2 people. And the meals are very good and have more choices there. I recommend this hotel for semarang stay up. It's very worth your vacation.
