Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on 20th Sept. The gym was functional and spacious enough to raise the heart rate and ensure that I had a good work out. Loved the bedroom and the layout. Pristine and very well thought out. Breakfast was more than plentiful and lots of variety. Best of all the rate was awesome for all of the above.Well satisfied đ.

Everything is good. The service is too bad. And this check-in and check-out time is really not normal
Must check in after five o'clock and check out before ten o'clock
The point is that this hotel will deduct money randomly! Be careful not to choose this hotel
But I feel that this ghost place should be very difficult for anyone besides me to book this hotel with Ctrip.
The view of this hotel is very nice. The pool is also very beautiful and big
The service is really bad and it's a rogue level
I drove from Banff to the hotel which drove for more than four hours and arrived at 10:30 in the evening.
Then when I checked in, I told me to ask for a deposit of two hundred Canadian dollars for the pre-sale right
I gave her a credit card. Then I took a look at my online banking. More than 320 detained...
I asked him what the other one hundred and more were. I didnât admit it to death. I showed him the voucher. She saw it for five minutes and told me that it was indeed the detained by their company, but she didnât know what it was. Then I went to the room and started. I was entangled with Ctrip until about 1 a.m. and didnât even go for a swim. I originally booked this hotel for swimming. Then I told me to give me a reply at 9 in the morning. I woke up naturally at 8:30 in the morning. Wait for the reply. Then tell me The hotel did not deduct my money. It only held me two hundred.... Then I sent the voucher to Ctrip and asked what it was. Then I went to verify it for two hours. During this period, I asked if I could check out later. I was told that it was delayed. There is a tax of 45 USD and 50 room charge. We must leave before ten o'clock and then at half past ten the hotel will come and drive us away, saying that we will not be delayed if we add money. I also told me that there are new guests who want to check in. I'm really Itâs too bad. I asked you if the hotel can only check in after five oâclock? You donât have to draft a lie? Iâm really drunk. The service staff in this hotel are like the bandits. At 11 oâclock, Ctrip came to the customer service and told me to verify it. Itâs an extra authorization... I really am Spit up. Since I authorized you to tell me in advance! Say two hundred. I deducted more than three hundred and didnât admit it at the beginning. At the end, I told me that it was all I authorized. I didnât have the money to hold for you. Itâs just that I didnât do business like this. I told people to hold two hundred and the result was more than three hundred. . Why don't you hold more than 30,000!
Said it would be refunded to me within seven working days. It is one thing to refund to me. Your behavior is wrong. Breaking the hotelâs service policy is simply a banditry logic. If you rob someone of your familyâs forcible death, you wonât admit it. In the end, all the evidence is displayed. I told me that it was an extra authorization. So why didn't you admit it at first, you are a broken hotel. It's really annoying. It's a big one! And I forgot to say. Why would you give me a two-bedroom suite for my one-bedroom suite? I donât understand. Did you sell my room? I rely on
Why do I need such a big room? My girlfriend and I sleep in separate beds, right? Vomit really
The hotel is dying. Itâs the same as the room for an 80-90-year-old man. Iâm really sorry to have this hotel. I slept for five or six hours at 1,000 yuan. I was held for more than 1,500... Tour. I vomit. The experience is terrible. I came out to travel and encountered this kind of black spot hotel bandit hotel and encountered this kind of bandit customer service staff.
Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The amenities and services were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel environment was beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
Breakfast is small, Western style. The parking on the front side of the door is free of charge. The underground parking lot of the hotel is small. You need to brush the door to open the door. The street opposite the street is a bar, a bit noisy. The location is OK, just outside the hotel and turn right, not far away is Lake Okana. The choice is mainly because the price is not expensive.
I almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.
This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.
We stayed at this lovely B&B for some nights, which was perfect. The room is clean and cozy, and the common areas are excellent. Everything is just like the pictures and even more spacious. Mitsuko and Norm are wonderful hosts who are caring and thoughtful and bring the best to their guests. We see details in the comfy furniture, the cute plants, the hot tub, and every guestâs favorite: the yummy breakfast!

NNikki RoseArrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh
GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes, fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

LLTDWe were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldnât ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.
Llblb6Breakfast is good, you can eat a hot breakfast, there are not many varieties, but enough to eat, the fruit is not bad, will be added in time after eating. The room in the tower has an open balcony, sitting on a chair can look out at the outside scenery. The room is large, 12 minutes walk from the market, the price is OK, recommended!

GGuest UserTraveling with friends, it was the first time to stay in a motel. Based on the booking price, I was a little worried before, but I was very satisfied with the hygiene, service and environment, especially the car could be parked at the door of the room without moving around.
GGuest UserHelpful staff, laundry on site. Kitchen has NOTHING not even cutlery/plates. Hard when traveling and jut wanting to buy trays etc. should have basics in there. Air con not air con really a built in fan with cold water. Our room got hotter not cooler and it was checked it was cold in the system but didnât want to blow that out. Was told not an air con! So sad especially the price you are paying!
OOne of UsFriendly, and helpful staff. The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed. The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. We will be booking here again. We had a balcony view. Thank you to Dilworth Inn for your kind hospitality. Thank you to this app I downloaded. You have no idea how grateful I am to you. Thank you
