Myra Canyon Lodge

As I was driving up to the lodge it looked magical. This is probably the nicest place I've ever stayed in and was everything I dreamed of for a beautiful new years experience. The kitchen had so many things available for our use in it. We were provided with wood and the hosts were so friendly. We also were able to borrow snowshoes and go exploring the area.

Well wow ...did exactly what it said on the tin! This accommodation is simply spectacular in terms of rustic luxury and dimension ...to say a home from home undersells this place ...its much better than most people's homes. We stayed in Bear Suite and enjoyed every amenity offered, the wraparound decks, hot tub and views to die for. Very generous and unobtrusive hosts. Can recommend wholeheartedly.

Stayed with some friends between two suites. Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub in the bear suite was nice. Deer suite was likewise a good stay for some friends. Would return with a group. Friendly owners are helpful in accomodating you in your stay.

Myra Canyon Lodge was the perfect location for our family reunion. Rolf and Kathrin were warm, friendly and responsive hosts. The way that they have cared for the lodge can been seen and felt in every detail. My family members commented throughout the weekend on how beautiful the views were and how luxurious, yet home-like the suites were. We didn't need weekend plans besides gathering in the Bear Suite and socializing with each other!

We are locals and stayed two incredible nights at Myra Canyon Lodge. Peaceful, gorgeous views of the lake, amazing hospitality, and surrounding nature. The Lodge location got us away from the City and we took advantage of the Myra Canyon tressels right up the hill. There is hiking close by and farmers markets where you can pick up fresh produce on the way up! You drive through gorgeous orchards in east Kelowna and past wineries to get to this little treasure. The accommodation was larger than expected with an incredible deck that overlooked Okanagan Lake and mountains. Our bathroom had two sinks, a huge tub with shower, a spacious dining room, with a well-equipped kitchen, and a large King bed. There was a hot tub on-site which we were able to take advantage of, and very much enjoyed after a 3-hour bike ride. The open floor plan made it feel like our own private Villa in the woods! Thank you to Rolf and Katherine for everything. We will remember our stay fondly.

Myra Canyon Lodge was an absolute delight! The host are wonderful going above and beyond to ensure that ours stay was memorable especially in the hard time that Kelowna was in. The place was impeccably clean and our time there was nothing short of a peace of mind. I highly recommend the serene place and the welcoming escape.
