The new hotel is OK in every way. It was my first time being taken there by a friend. It is much more expensive than the one booked on Ctrip. The pictures on Ctrip are not good. I am not sure if it is the same hotel. I can only confirm it by the room layout and location. Please ask Ctrip to remove the picture of the shabby house.

It’s my first stay in Louise Kienne Pemuda. I love the fact that it is located in the centre of the city and it is literally next to a shopping mall, only 2 minutes walk, I can actually see the mall through my hotel window. The lobby was clean, the security guard was very respectful, the front desk lady was helpful, I requested room on the high floor and they provided me with my request. The roof top pool is probably what makes this hotel so famous, at night, you can view the whole Semarang city. The house keeping staff was also helpful. Their breakfast is mostly Indonesian and very few western choices. Not my best breakfast experience but overall I am not complaining because they perform good service.

Front staff service is very polite. They provide excellent and quality breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces. Keep it up, thank you.

This unexpected intrusion not only compromised our privacy but also left us feeling uncomfortable and surprised, especially considering the high standard of service we had experienced throughout the rest of our stay. We understand that housekeeping plays a critical role in maintaining the hotel, but we believe that guests’ privacy and consent should be respected at all times. We kindly ask that this matter be looked into and appropriate measures taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to return in the future under better circumstances.
