Old hotel, not very clean, which deserves to be renovated. Questionable neighborhood… Pleasant welcome. We were put in a smoking room (and insects on the door), a horror… because check-in at 9:30 p.m. Rooms reserved in advance are allocated if check-in before 6 p.m. You must know it. The hotel was full so we were moved to a room for 2 people (booked and paid for 3). The accommodating reception staff brought us an extra mattress to avoid sleeping 3 people in a 2-person bed. Change of room the next day. Breakfast OK but a little light in quantity. The room is very small, not easy when the hotel is full. The same goes for parking. It is supposed to close at 10 p.m., when we arrived at 9:30 p.m. it was already closed. Fortunately a car was in front of us, because without a room code, it's not easy to get back.

Decent stay. Easy to retrieve access codes when arriving late in the evening. The parking lot is not big but we managed to find a space. The rooms are not well soundproofed but otherwise they are OK. The shower is a bit complicated (leaking shower and shower curtain that doesn't hold up very well... it causes a flood). We had requested a room with 3 single beds but we got a double bed and a mezzanine bed. The receptionist apologized to us in the morning (without us saying anything) and offered to change rooms for the second night. We also asked for bath towels as one for three was complicated and the receptionist accommodated our request straight away. The breakfast is not very big but it has the essentials (pastries, bread, jam, coffee and orange juice). There is a microwave to heat baby bottles if needed.

La personne à l’accueil était très aimable mais malheureusement l’hôtel quant à lui est déplorable. Nous occupions la chambre 243. Elle empestait une odeur de renfermée et de tabac froid. Après une inspection, nous avons remarqué des poils sur l’alaise du matelas. Le sol n’était pas très propre et la « table » sous la télé non plus. Il y avait même une toile d’araignée au niveau du radiateur qui lui aussi n’était pas très propre. Au moins la climatisation fonctionnait… Vers 23h, le parking était plein donc nous avons pu nous garer sur les places aux alentours mais celles-ci étaient parsemées de rochers, empêchants le stationnement sur certaines places. En rentrant, un homme se plaignait de cafards dans sa chambre… ET EFFECTIVEMENT QUELLE SURPRISE !!!! Le lendemain, dans notre salle de bain, sur le lavabo, UN CAFARD se baladait… On est partis rapidement après cette découverte scandaleuse… JE NE RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT PAS CET ENDROIT !!! Surtout après avoir PAYÉ 75€ en ayant réservé à l’avance !! L’hygiène dans un hôtel c’est le MINIMUM que l’on puisse demander peu importe le prix et le type d’hôtel !!!! 75€ POUR SE RETROUVER DANS UNE CHAMBRE QUI LOGEAIT UN CAFARD !!! Une honte

Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été remarquable. L’accueil chaleureux du personnel m’a tout de suite mis à l’aise. La chambre, impeccablement propre et bien équipée, offrait tout le confort nécessaire, avec une literie de grande qualité. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée aux petits détails, comme les articles de toilette de luxe et le calme absolu malgré l'emplacement central. Le petit déjeuner, copieux et savoureux, a été un vrai régal chaque matin. Le service était irréprochable tout au long de mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour confortable et sans souci.
