I rate the negative experience rather than the hotel itself. Unfortunately my wife and I got sick with a fever of 39 as soon as we arrived at the hotel and our son was in great shape. After two days in this situation we decided to leave early and the owner in response told us that a few lines of fever in the summer are normal and no one has ever left the hotel for this and therefore he would have made us pay a penalty of 600 euros. (Even though the hotel was not even full) When we returned home we were prescribed antibiotics for 10 days and I recommend resting in a cool place and not in the sun (which is impossible on vacation). Given the literature on the subject I am not at all sure that the hotelier acted correctly and therefore I will report it to the consumers' association and the hoteliers' association.

Terrible service, inattentive staff, rudeness and lack of privacy as the staff entered the room without knocking early in the morning (at 8:30 the check out scheduled for 10:00) Breakfast was by 10:00, at 10:05 it was not served to us. To conclude despite the high price of the room it was totally lacking in soundproofing and it was impossible to rest properly. Experience to avoid!!

Buona sera, leggendo le altre recensioni mi chiedo se io sono stata in un altro albergo...ma il cibo era immangiabile dalla colazione ..(burrini ammuffiti, muffin che venivano riproposti ogni giorno ma ne venivano consumati pochissimi) alla cena posso dire che anche la pastina era immangiabile, potrebbe andare bene solo per dormire ...ma nient'altro. Ho trascorso qualche giorno presso questo hotel a fine settembre con la mia cagnolina , sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, titolari gentili e attenti al cliente,accoglienti, cibo ottimo e abbondante, colazione di tutto e di più, pulizia e ordine ovunque. Ho trovato tranquillità, cosa che cercavo, e soddisfatta di aver potuto trascorrere il tempo con la mia cucciola.

Sono stato con la famiglia un week end , sarei rimasto per tutta l’estate ……hotel con una pulizia impeccabile, personale e Titolari sempre disponibili, le camere sono confortevoli e attrezzate di tutto!!! E si mangia da favola! La vera cucina italiana , vasta scelta di pietanze, e tutte squisite! Ah che location!!! posto magnifico e staff perfetto, se si vuole passare una giornata tranquilla lo consiglio molto come posto. Ci sono stato da solo ed è stata un esperienza magnifica, il servizio è veloce e i piatti sono una cosa indescrivibile con una scelta di entry per poi accompagnare un primo, un secondo e a finire un dessert a scelta

Vorremo ritornare perché siamo state benissimo♥️ Titolare e personale molto gentili e accorti. Camera confortevole (materasso e cuscini comodi) e pulita. Colazione top, piatti squisiti (complimenti al cuoco! ) oltre che belli. Cura anche nella proposta di qualità dei vini Piscina con acqua riscaldata 🔝 Se torneremo a Pinarella, sceglieremo ancora ABC perché è una certezza Comodo anche perché vicinissimo al mare, alla pineta e al centro.. meglio di così 🤩 Grazie e arrivederci 👏🏻🙏

Prima vacanza con una bimba di 3 mesi! Non potevamo desiderare di meglio! Hotel rinnovato, vicinissimo alla pineta e al mare, camere confortevoli, ristorante ottimo, Stefano e Carlotta sempre disponibili, gestiscono l'hotel con passione e cordialità!
