My Solmaz Hotel

We booked this hotel, but you really can't call it a hotel. The main thing that bothered us was the staff - absolute amateurs, rude, disrespectful, turning away during conversations. When we complained about our room, we were constantly interrupted and told how nice the room was and that there was no reason to change it. However, the room was dirty and broken. Even the simplest things like soap were missing in the bathroom and you hardly dared to use the bathroom. The air conditioning was a disaster, rusty, and you were afraid to turn it on. There was no kettle and you were not allowed to bring your own drinks. There was a sign at the entrance that no drinks and food from outside were allowed into the hotel. We were even reprimanded when we were caught with a bar in our hand. My brother was told not to carry his bread around and we were told to buy food at the hotel. When we bought a piece of bread from the bakery downstairs and ate it by the pool, we were reprimanded that this was not allowed. We were also reprimanded for coming into the lobby with wet feet and flip-flops. We were told that the floor would get wet. Overall, it seems like a family that runs everything there arbitrarily and unfriendly. You don't feel welcome at all. The view is bad - the first and second floors look entirely onto a tree. A promised room change was first promised and then revoked on the grounds that it was not possible. We were told that they could discuss it next time we book again. Another point is the clothing of the staff, which is completely unprofessional. They walk around in shorts and old clothes. Overall, a very negative experience. We will definitely not recommend this hotel.
