Today, while trying to make a reservation onlime, I called their customer service to get information about nearby beaches. I spoke with Ms. Aylin. She told me that I could complete the transaction not through the website, but directly with them, and that she would call me back in 10 minutes. When she didn’t call, I called her instead, and she told me that she couldn’t call due to being busy, and that the room I had been looking at was booked during that time! She then tried to offer me a more expensive room and compensate my 1500 TL loss with a 200 TL discount. I’m currently at a loss because of her, but I’m glad I don’t conduct business with such a mindset. I hope they learn to prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.
