There are sea foods restaurants at beachfront named Sang Wien Restaurant, walking from our beach. Best jogging by the beach and swimming in the big pools. Clubhouse is not available for tenants. For long stay, pls ask host about electricity and water bill It is a beach front project in Cha Am and Hua Hin with nice beach. The Apartment is facing big beach designed swimming pool plus the real beach so you can relax at the Balcony as it is so big and good wind to enjoy more breeze in this fully airconditioned apartment. The apartment itself has everything you need for your stay such as refri, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, Hood, utensils, pan, plates, bowls, spoon, knives and others. There are sofa bed in living room with 5ft, Queen size bed and Single bed in the bedroom. Please book as per the right number of guests staying as there is a fee applied to arrange third guests onwards. For the monthly stay, travellers will pay electricity and water separately as per usage or you can prefer to pay a flat fee of Thb2000 per month. Free parking and free swimming pool. The clubhouse is not available but if you have vehicle, we can allow you to use Clubhouse of our other compound. Host is contactable and office staff can help you all time. It is located in the mid between Cha-am and Hua Hin beach. The project and its beach is big and clean with nice wind and white sand, it is near many restaurants. Should consider renting the motorbike or renting the car of ease of transport Rent the motorbike or car to go around. Or get taxi number from the Host. It is very well secure with all securities. It is very peaceful and walk through beach to go for seafoods restaurants named Sang Wien Restaurant on the beachfront. Better to rent the car or motorbike to go around.
