Cha-am Cha-am Subdistrict Hotels

I was impressed right from check-in, as I got my room an hour early. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The hotel's atmosphere was beautiful from every angle. After unpacking, I went for a refreshing swim to beat the heat. Later in the afternoon, I ordered coffee and relaxed at the cafe. In the evening, I had dinner at #SANDS BAR, which is a fantastic beachfront bar. Honestly, anyone visiting here absolutely shouldn't miss it, as the ambiance and service deserve a perfect 10/10! The staff provided excellent service and care. A special shout-out to #NongKie and NongMaprang, who were incredibly attentive and took wonderful care of every table. My sincere compliments! Thank you for this wonderful experience! 👍

The hotel atmosphere is good, private, spacious room, breakfast tastes normal, good service but the complaint is about toothbrush and toothpaste. If compared to 5-star hotels or other hotels, they will provide it, but if not, every time they come to clean, they will provide it. But staying for 4 days and 3 nights, I had to call to ask every time. There was the last day that I didn't ask for it, and I don't understand how to refill the soap. Normally, it will take how many days to refill, but this one ran out. We didn't want to call to ask for this and that, but they brought a bar of soap to use instead. I would like to improve the supplies or refill it to be sufficient for a long stay and 3 people.

Very impressed with the hotel. Great location, nice room, and a clean, well-designed bathroom with separate areas. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

10/10 for the helpful and efficient reception staffs and parking lot 10/10 for the location on the beach 7/10 for family room cleanliness ( spacious but the couch was very dusty and dirt got on our shirts) We didn’t know why all our shirts had grey dusts on the back and later we found out. Your maids have not been cleaning the corners of the room, dusting the chairs and couch and not cleaning near the base of the toilet so it left a smell. We cleaned it when we arrived. 10/10 for TV size and function

Location is good across the beach. Facilities and service is standard but poor amenities, there is not filled up bath gel and coffee. No person pick up call both reception and house keeping. Staff at breakfast restaurant are very helpful and services.

It's pretty good, but it's a shophouse. You have to go to the restaurant for breakfast, which gives you coupons. It's pretty good. The location is between many bars, so it might be a bit noisy. But the room isn't soundproof, so there's always noise from other rooms and foot traffic outside.

The room was beautiful, with a sliding door that opened directly to the pool area, featuring a sun lounger on one side and a jacuzzi on the other. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide array of Chinese, Thai, and Western options. It's an à la carte buffet where everything is freshly made to order. The portions for each dish are quite small, which is perfect as it allows you to try several different items. Breakfast is served until 10 AM. The beach is conveniently located just across a small road, and horse riding is available there. The hotel provides 5-6 complimentary parking spaces. My only minor issue was during booking: the system wouldn't allow me to reserve a room for two adults and one child (over 12 years old). Upon arrival, I had to pay an additional 900 Baht (excluding breakfast), but the staff were quick to convert the sofa into a bed and make it up for us. Overall, this is a truly ideal hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The room is very clean, the facilities in the room are complete, quiet, suitable for relaxation.
