Travelodge Oldham Chadderton Hotel

We had a great experience in Travelodge Oldham Chadderton. Excellent facilities and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast I don't recommend, cold box very basic cornflakes milk cost is very high better have outside meal. They don't clean rooms for a week Only top-up coffee and tea No brown sugar No hand tissue No one in Reception and attending time takes longer Many customers upset as I am No hot food served Very basic shower No soaps No complementary toiletries Very uncommon uncomfortable experience

Natalie on reception was very helpful and friendly. I stayed in room 116. Nice and clean. I came over from france to watch the football at Oldham. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Basic but clean and tidy, no restaurant or bar but has a Toby carvery next door. Ordered breakfast but didn’t realise it was breakfast box and they wouldn’t refund them even tho pre ordered before arrival and we asked for refund when checking in

Old version of the travel lodge chain but room ok. Stayed in accessible room which was adequate for needs.The outstanding thing was Natalie the supervisor who we met on day 3, what a breath of fresh air she was. So friendly with everyone, highly efficient at her job, willing to go above and beyond, very customer focused. I noticed a difference in atmosphere when she was here, all staff seemed happier and more effective on the days she was in charge. Definitely should be considered for the manager post, highly competent at leading a team and putting the guest first. Great ambassador for Travel lodge.

The hotel is very good, the reception was very friendly and kind rooms were spotless and no problem whatsoever. Natalie and Fatou were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
