This cosy house with shared pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach is ideal for 10+2 guests. Outside the property there is a shared chlorine swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day's sightseeing in the area. It has dimensions of 8x4m and a constant depth of 1.20m. If you wish, there is also a shower to wash off the sand and salt from the beach. The house also offers a private outdoor area where you can enjoy a barbecue with your companions. On the terrace on the main floor you can have breakfast in the mornings and get your strength back for the day. Inside, the house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with television and central air conditioning. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. You also have access to a porch which is also equipped with table and chairs. The kitchen is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home.
