State land within walking distance (right off of the paved bike path outside your door). ORV Trails are 1 ½ miles away and can be driven right from the driveway. This gorgeous cabin is located on an all sports lake and was recently renovated to an open floor plan. The bathroom has a full tub/shower with an endless hot water system. Equipped with dish network, DVD/CD & portable radio & patio fire pit to use. There is a full size charcoal grill on the uncovered brick patio along with a couple of chairs & a picnic table. The yard is large enough to play games and also has a large fire pit. All of the essentials you might need (including movie rentals, ice cream stand, pizza, hot food, fire wood, etc.) is located across the street. There is a bike/rollerblade/walking path right outside the front door which will take you around all 7 lakes in the area. A playground is located around the corner and a public beach/picnic area on Sand Lake is about 1/4 mile, restaurants, gas station & additional stores (all along the bike path). We are located 15 minutes from East Tawas where there is plenty of shopping, piers for fishing, beaches on Lake Huron, putt putt golf, etc. We are also 30 minutes either way from Omer & Oscoda where there are canoe rentals. If you are searching for the perfect relaxing getaway, look no further than Goldens on the Lake!The Space:At Goldens on the Lake you will find the following available to you and your guests for a calming atmosphere:Master Bedroom: Furnished with a king bed, large closet, and master bathroom for that extra needed privacy.Bedroom #2: You will find a spacious area with a twin over a full size bunk bed and additional closet space.Bedroom #3: Located on the lower level, you will find a quiet and private area furnished with a queen size bed, and tall dresser for extra storage.Basement: Furnished with a queen size futon, small bar, and smart TV with Nintendo gaming system. This area also has the added luxury of a walkout entry/exit to get you directly to and from the lake.The living area is equipped with a warming stone gas fireplace, lake views, and a smart TV for those relaxing evenings on the queen size sleeper sofa.Bathroom #2: Located off of the living area you will find another bathroom with a roomy standup shower.Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and a luxurious coffee bar to get your morning started off on the right foot.
