It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in. ~The entire house is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay!**Guests will have access to the whole cabin and double lot attached, as well as use of the Hot Tub. There is a HOA private community boat launch area about 5-10 minute walk. Launch your boat, kayak and canoe. All docks in the HOA area are private and can't be used. You are welcome to bring water toys to store them in the garage.**Please Read**Golf Cart-Sunset Porch Cabin offers a 6 passenger electric golf cart as part of your stay.
