首先，夜裡兩位前台女生的服務態度和專業水平有待提高。一個吧唧吧唧在吃東西，一個處理房間入住問題時很是不屑不耐煩的姿態。攜程網上付款後到店還要另外付款200元按金，退房時退錢。大堂保安大哥泊車時服務態度比較好，也是因為如此，後來沒有退房。床鋪衞生很差，床單有沒換過是個問號❓如圖。後來保安大哥拿床單來我自己和他一起換了下面的，住了那麼多民宿、快捷酒店、星級酒店，自己換床單是第一次遇到。早晨退房前台服務態度好，效率高。好評。
