I stayed here for a week in August 2019 and enjoyed my stay. Rooms have exterior doors to the outside which I prefer since I usually carry a lot of stuff with me when I travel and makes it much easier to unload my car. I got a king bed room and it was very spacious and the bathroom area had a wide counter so plenty of space to put toiletries and such. The shower always had very hot water in the morning. There is a mini-fridge that worked well. The cable TV selection is very good with some movie channels included. The WiFi was very fast at around 50 Mbps and reliable. There is free breakfast in the lobby every morning and you can enjoy your own self-made waffles. Also scrambled eggs and bacon, too. The pool looked clean and refreshing but I didnt have any time to take a dip, and I was surprised on hot days there were no people enjoying it. The front office staff is very helpful. I noticed at night there was no shady people walking around and the cops did patrol the place occasionally.

Abolsolute best staff in the hotel Business. I've been staying here for about a year and have had no issues. I love Joyce and Tasha, they always help me whether it be needing new sheets or even if I need a few extra hrs to get the money to pay for my room. With all the craziness in the world its nice to have compassionate caring people working at the front desk. The rooms are nice and clean. They don't allow drama and riff raff. All around great experience, which why I am so comfortable here.

General hotel, the room is not big, there is a microwave refrigerator inside, because the price of the Super Bowl can not be set in the hotel, and the clothes are sleeping.

I'd like to take a moment to recognize the awesome staff at this location. I was unexpectedly displaced from my home of 5 years; being faced with having to stay in an extended stay hotel is emotionally taxing. Chantiece, Abu, Malachi, and the new lady in training (sorry, I didn't get her name) have been kind, helpful, and patient. The level of guest service they have displayed has help make this difficult time in my life much more bearable. I appreciate their hard work, efforts, and comforting smiles each day. This hotel was very clean because it is a new hotel. The amenities were nice. Beautiful picture on tv and a lot of space to store your clothing. However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

I stay in a lot of hotels…mostly Marriott. This hotel does not meet the Marriott standard. We checked in late from flying all day and almost left and found somewhere else, but decided to stay because we were so tired. I asked the receptionist to give us a quiet room, he kept saying he would and it would be a high floor. The room was on floor 5 (not high), right in front of elevators. They had a family reunion and a conference going on and at 11 pm it was so loud! The room never got cool, and the bed was awful! Like I said before, I mostly stay in Marriott’s and typically love the mattress’s but this was not Marriotts normal mattress. It also looked like it had been updated but whoever did this remodel did shotty work.
