Superb hotel, beautiful setting. Room was clean, beautiful and very well equipped. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast - home made feel. Spa and especially the pool were a welcomed bonus. Highly recommended. Can't wait to visit again.

This hotel is amazing. Simply the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful and relaxed. They could not have done any more. We stayed with our 3 children and could not fault the place. Breakfast was lovely, room was impeccable. The spa and the view from there were breath-taking. We will definitely be back.

Nice resort with a lovely spa! Beautiful back drop. Kind lady gave us a room with a nicer view. Chose same resort 6 years ago for its beauty! House keeping do such a fab job! Slightly dissapointed nothing was left this time in our room to celebrate 15 years! Especially as we returned back. I know loads of cut backs but this would have been super cute. Still here till Monday but if anyone considering this place do book. One of the nicer spas in this area. But definitely not a cheaper option. They also do need a cute fire place here! The closed the one that used to be in smokinh room👌

We have just had a brilliant week staying here - what a find! A beautiful hotel, top facilities and a wonderful staff that really went the distance to help us organise day trips and restaurants (which for a party of eight was massively helpful). I would thoroughly recommend this charming hotel and region. We had five children with us between 15 and seven and there was loads to do. A proper treasure of a hotel!

Great service, great hotel, great location, great views. Small enough to feel cosy, and big enough to have a superb spa and pool. François and the team were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The train to the lift takes you there in a few minutes with no stress.

Stay as a couple late September-early October We are very happy to have chosen this hotel in Champéry to discover Switzerland. The village is calm, relaxing, and above all magnificent. Village well placed for discovering the mountains as well as the banks of Lake Geneva - just 40 minutes from Montreux. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the staff is welcoming and very attentive to customers. We found the breakfast buffet varied and good. We also took advantage of the spa with its heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Everything was perfect. We recommend and hope to stay there again. Once again a big thank you to the staff for their kindness and availability. 4-star hotel with services to match!

Avec une amie nous avons eu le plaisir de profiter de l’offre petit dej et SPA au National. Un enchantement… le petit dej est excellent avec vue splendide. L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel est à mettre en avant. Nous avons été chouchoutées. Le SPA est très agréable au pied des Dents du Midi ! Une parenthèse très agréable. Merci à toute l’équipe. Nous y reviendrons très vite.
