It is centrally located. Saff if very nice. Just hotel need renovation. Washrooms of delux rooms are very old style. It really need renovation. There are few hazards as well. Like in room 317 in washroom there is door without in lock which leads down straight to 10mt deep any kid can fall into it.

Its government maintained property. Old one but spacious rooms . Amenities and room linen can be better. Food is excellent and amazing staff. Hotel is near to prime shopping areas of Chandigarh. We also conducted one day family function and arrangements done were excellent.

It's a really very nice hotel. Rooms are large and clean. The location is beautiful. Food was nice. The ambience was classic.

Property is centrally located but not maintained well....food is excellent....facilities are old school n not up to date....ample space but ambience n vibes are not so good

My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was below standard, with rooms not properly maintained. The towels provided were of poor quality. Additionally, the service staff seemed more interested in receiving tips than actually providing good service. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and hope the management takes steps to improve.

The hotel's advertising, particularly regarding the pool, was misleading. The pool was inaccessible, a fact not disclosed prior to my arrival. This was a critical factor in my decision to book. Beyond that, the room was unclean, with damaged walls, the food options were severely limited (including stale chutney), and the linens were torn. The lack of a bathroom mat added to the discomfort. The reality of the stay did not match the hotel's advertised promises or its name.

This is a great hotel at the centre of Chandigarh in sector 17. I have visited their restaurant and it was too good. We took coupons for buffet and it was just out of the world. Also, they have different kind of cuisines and you can choose as per your taste.
