I enjoy coming to Mountview as it kindles childhood memories. But on a serious note the location is great and so is the staff. But they need to revamp the interiors and exteriors of the hotel as it's not keeping up to competition, even their buffet needs to be a little more elaborate.

Stay was good. But dinner at restaurant was not proper cooked. Breads were cold, they were roasted earlier and given us soagy. Breakfast was excellent.

The property had a foul smell, food was over expensive and taste was below average, breakfast had limited options yet nobody around to help with basic cutlery, overall poor stay and shouldn't be more then

hotel was packed and we were given late checkin. the room was not good and their was two lizards in the room. cleaning was also not good. when I complained they change my room. it was my first time in Mountview and experience is horrible. can't think of it again in life

Third class facilities , no customer services. ACS not working . Always construction and lots of disturbances. Wastage of Money, more Better opportunities in this price. And Goibibo is also cheating to customers. Complained to them but no results.
