Sarovar Hometel Chandigarh

The checkin experience was smooth and welcoming. Rooms were clean and gave homely feel. Washroom and facility was Upto mark. Housekeeping always on toes loved the cleanliness and the fresh feel in room, lobby and restaurant. Each staff is helpful and hospitable. Food is class apart. Awesome, tasty, fresh and a great variety to choose . I felt the breakfast spread spoilt me like a kid who was wanting everything on the spread . It was a great variety at buffet. Fresh and hot food including the one in live counter. Awesome awesome awesome.

We reached at 10.15am.. they didn’t give room till 11.30 according to their policies. Meanwhile we had breakfast. Receptionist mentioned that normally they give at 2pm but for us he was specially considerate. Hahaha. On top of that he was rude enough to tell us that our today’s breakfast is not covered in this package , it’s tomorrow’s breakfast. That was hilarious. Cause we were anyway checking out at 5.30 am.. Breakfast was decent. Sonu served very well. Lunch spread was limited. But when I asked for tandoori chicken , CHEF gave me excellent chicken. Rooms are very small. It’s a business hotel. Cleanliness was good. Overall nice hotel when u r on quick business trip.. Very important: there was some kind of odour, strange chemical dirty smell on floor lobbies. Take care management.

Wow it was a fantastic experience with hometel team thanks for make my memorable experience and also make my kid happy by celebrating children day . special thanks to miss Anshika for caring my child so well and made cards for my child in single words I want to say amezing.

This is my first visit in hometel hotel. Last time I stayed in sarovar portico in Jammu . I realised that the sarovar group of hotel is the best hotela in india. Staff was very corporative . Food was very delicious. Front dest staff was very helpful specially miss veerpal, mr. Nitin and ms vasundhara.

Situated in an industrial sector, the hotel is a very functional property. Rooms are not very large, but are good enough for a couple of nights. Decor is predictable and basic. The staff are very courteous. Checkin and out was fast. Breakfast was a good spread.
