Changchun Hotels with Bars

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

The shortcomings are that the windows in the room are relatively small and leaking, blowing up the curtains. It will be a little cold when sleeping in the second half of the night. In addition, as a five-star hotel, the quality of toilet paper is really not worthy of its star rating. It is really thin. I hope it will be improved.

Because we were hungry, our family of three completed the check-in procedures, put down our luggage in the room, and went to the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. My husband wanted a private room, but the waiter said that we can’t do a private room without a reservation in advance. As a result, after ordering the meal, the waiter disappeared~ The men and women who served the food were also different. He asked for hot water with the boy who served the food. He brought a pot, put it down, and left. (Dining costs 1312 yuan) By the way, I went to the front desk to ask. The handsome guy at the front desk said that the coupon was used in the Chinese restaurant and asked me to communicate with the Chinese restaurant. I went to the Chinese restaurant on the second floor and explained to the cashier. Asked for a breakfast coupon, she said she would call to ask for instructions, but the phone rang a girl dressed as a waiter and asked me to tell her. I explained how the coupon was useless, and the beauty ”responded” very quickly. She came up and said that I had paid for the meal and could not get a refund; I said that my discount coupon was useless after all, and I could give me a breakfast coupon ? In the end, she told me that the 10% discount on this coupon was a previous event, and the event had expired... This is not a big deal, and it is extremely insulting! As far as this matter is concerned, although the final processing result is considered satisfactory, the process I have experienced is quite tortuous for me. Whether it is the front desk of the hotel or the restaurant, the overall service is not satisfactory.

There were not many types of breakfast. I had to find napkins. The service staff will only give it to you if you ask for it. It is not worth the price. I stayed in a state-owned hotel in People's Square for the next two days. Breakfast was all-inclusive and the dishes were rich. The price with breakfast was 48 yuan per person. I hope you can do some research. There is no window screen. I don't know if this is true in high-end areas. The air conditioner is good and quiet. The panel is still old-fashioned. Everything else is fine.
