房間大，樓盤新，距離偽滿皇宮近，離烤肉街近，衞生上沙發套需要清洗，其它還好…………………………………

軟件上訂了以後提前問老闆有沒有投影説有，去了以後説剩的三間沒有投影，説第二天會有，結果第二天那間的人續住了，那我想退了老闆又説後一天能騰出來，就又等了一天。第三天搬進去了有投影的，這裏老闆的態度還是很好的，帶我看房給我換房間住，住完以後本來是一百的按金，説我把被子弄臟了。我一沒來姨媽，二沒在床上吃東西，那被子的邊角的陳年老油污説是我弄的，也怪我看見那被子是臟的沒拍一下留證據，最後退了我四十按金。房間衞生條件一般，桌子上欄桿上有灰。用六十塊錢給自己長了個記性，希望大家也擦亮眼睛，記得拍照留證。ps，有投影的房間沒有大窗簾衹有樓上有一個小窗簾不遮光，所以白天看不了投影因為太亮了。

退房的時候説床單上有一滴血，就要收清洗費，那一滴血看起來都是老印子了，新弄上去的血應該是鮮紅色的，最後説還有一點油污，全部扣了75塊的清潔費。這就是妥妥的敲詐。差評，謹慎預訂。
