Very nice hotel，comfortable beds，good room size. Welcome overseas guests with valid visa and passport. Super friendly staff. I also enjoy the breakfast buffet. Hotel has laundry room. Front desk staff Ocean 海洋is really friendly and Helpful.

The breakfast was good, with frozen pears and sticky bean buns. It is very convenient to order takeout and have a robot deliver it to your door without having to go downstairs. The staff is nice. If you don't know how to do laundry, they will tell you which program to choose to wash and dry clothes to save time. When traveling from other places, I will actively recommend delicious and fun routes. There is a self-service coffee machine on the first floor, and the caramel cookies are delicious.

從來沒寫過評價，小姐姐的服務簡直太好了！服務非常好！開始衹訂了兩晚，想着試試住，入住後又堅定的訂了兩晚，來長春玩五天，一共住了四晚，其中一晚訂了温泉酒店所以沒住這裏。首兩晚住3樓反應有點吵，後兩晚立刻換了5樓。連買了士多啤梨都是前台小姐姐親手洗的！

酒店很乾凈環境也很好，我們是凌晨的飛機到長春，前台很關心，多次電話聯繫溝通預計到店時間，提前幫我預留房間，房間裏裝修的也很舒適，計劃第二天要去周邊幾個景點轉轉，前台熱情提供了長春周邊的旅遊攻略還有美食攻略，退房的時候還貼心的幫忙寄存行李，（行李寄存是免費的哦嘻嘻）前台非常細心的幫忙準備下午茶的咖啡和點心，就是感覺在店裡非常舒服，大家都很熱情，下次來長春再來

整體配套設施齊全配備洗衣房，有智能機器人幫忙送餐，衹需要打開房門就可以另外房間有茶點盤，有小餅乾，茶包，還配備了一次性的咖啡杯，比玻璃或者陶瓷杯具更貼心，更乾淨。房間的床屬於高床，據説是個特色之一，床墊很舒服。酒店裡的洗護用品，味道淡淡的，比較高級。 離人民廣場、萬象城、這有山都很近，出門就是公交車。沒事兒晚上可以溜達一下 再來誇一誇早餐，真的挺不錯的 最值得誇的是酒店服務 服務人員工作態度超好，房間也很乾凈衞生
