I was given a cheaper room type after booking an expensive room type. I was also shocked when it appeared today. The elevator is dirty, the rooms are not as good as those found across the country, and the chairs are tattered. 400+ experience in Changchun is too bad

住了這麼多亞朵，長春城市的亞朵真是驚艷到了我，從進屋辦理入住一直到回房間，前台叫舜禹的男孩子親力親為的幫助我，看我一個人帶孩子有些不方便，叫我坐在沙發等着就好，辦理完入住又幫我拿着行李送到房間，告知我洗衣房在一樓，晚上來到前台問有沒有寶寶可以用的洗衣液，舜禹馬上問到是要給小朋友洗衣服嗎，二話沒説帶我去了洗衣房幫我把孩子的衣服親自手洗了，邊洗還邊説，小朋友皮膚比較敏感，不可以和大人的衣服在一起洗哦，洗完衣服還帶我和女兒去吃了深夜粥到，在生活中，總會有一些人用自己的善良和真誠來温暖他人的心靈，而在酒店這個特殊的場所，也不乏這樣的好人好事。他們用自己的行動詮釋了什麼是真正的服務和關愛，讓每一位入住的客人都感受到了真誠和温暖。

前台服務真的是太太太太好了，太貼心了，下大雪找不到路了，出來接我了，一個人帶了兩個行李箱，出門真的太難了，辛虧找個出來接我，下了出租車也找不到地址。進來辦入住先給我一杯亞朵村的紅茶，暖暖的太貼心了，入住的特別快。房間給我升級了高級大床房。 中間位置的 房間很大很好 乾淨衞生。定了有早餐的房間。下樓吃早餐服務態度都特別好烤冷麪手抓餅特別好吃 水果新鮮好幾種熱菜還有茶葉蛋 特別好 樓下還有竹居。可以看看書，健身，洗衣房有好幾個洗衣機，還能烘乾，退房還有冰箱貼伴手禮長春的打卡點，特別好 服務很周到 點個贊👍

第一次住這家酒店真不錯，樓層很好，晚上看到外面的景色也非常漂亮，出去玩也非常方便，去冰雪新天地下樓走幾步就到了站點，平時出門打車很很方便，工作人員也非常有禮貌，每次見到我都熱情的打招呼，酒店裝飾很有過年的氣氛，東北的早餐也很好吃，菜品非常全，前台妹妹甜歆服務也很好，走的時候還給我帶了温水，總之很滿意的體驗。
