The room was extremely hot, the air conditioner was not powerful, and the quilt was heavy and thick. When I checked in at the front desk, I acted like I didn't hear her. Since I was bringing my children out, I asked twice if there was a room in the back, but she didn't say anything! ! Then I put the room card there and said there was no room in the back!

The service attitude at the front desk was average. My wife fell while taking a shower in the bathroom, so I called the front desk. The front desk said there were no extra anti-slip mats and asked to lay out towels.
