酒店在常德車站對面，從火車站出來一直向南走，穿過地下停車場，走到頭，從右手台階上來（沒電梯和扶梯），左手就是酒店所在的大樓。地點不錯，附近也有吃飯的地方，非常方便。
房間還算乾淨，服務的先生態度也很好。但對我這樣一個不抽煙的人來説，房間還是煙味大了點。我入住的那天，幾位先生開着門大聲的聊天，也有的先生在樓道裡邊抽煙邊打電話，，，有點吵。
