Amazing hotel with spacious and modern room. Very clean and seemed recently renovated/built. Great service from the reception. They were very kind, helpful and understanding to us. Breakfast was also great.

Comfortable hotel near Changde station. Very helpful staff: they try to speak English and they are able to have themselves understood. If you have to catch an early train, be reminded that the breakfast starts at 7 (we would have been allowed to have a takeaway breakfast but we didn't have time to).

淋浴室的水下不去，第二天早上起來水都還在，洗澡的時候腳是泡在水裡的，反饋了最終也沒處理，角落裡還有檳榔渣，這難道不查房的嗎？

這個酒店是我住的最爛的一間酒店住全國那麼多品牌的酒店，常德這家桔子酒店是最爛的成就不堪衞生堪憂，服務態度相當惡劣，完全是一個山寨的桔子酒店！一點桔子酒店的風格都沒有，服務員的素質**，所有帶小孩的入住都像審犯人一樣，簡直是**一樣的智商！見過小孩的人會花幾百塊錢來住酒店嗎？還開着豪車春節旅遊的家庭第一次受到如此大的侮辱！當天玩的心情都沒有了，常德桔子酒店真是太丟常德人的臉了！連我孫子都説這酒店的服務員好*啊！

房間很乾凈，設施非常齊全，房間燈光比較智能，夜間下床自動亮燈，一些小細節做得也很棒，比如紙盒裡抽紙都是新的滿的，停車也很方便，酒店大門右側路口下去就是停車場，裏面有許多酒店專屬停車位，可以免費停車
