I came to Changde on a business trip and stayed in this hotel. The experience was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were complete. The kids at the front desk were very enthusiastic. Seeing that I had a cold, they not only prepared a mask, but also gave me freshly brewed brown sugar ginger tea. The breakfast was rich, with many varieties and good taste. I sincerely recommend it and will come again next time!

When I walked into the lobby, a waiter brought tea. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic, the lobby environment was very good, my girlfriend especially liked the tea fragrance in the lobby, the lobby facilities were also very complete, there were paintings and calligraphy, there was a place to check in, there was a Hanfu check in, the room was clean and hygienic, the bed was comfortable, there were desserts in the evening, and the breakfast was also rich. The room was very comfortable and soundproofed. Phoebe at the front desk was really attentive and considerate! 房間乾淨衞生整潔，訂了4天每天都有工作人員打掃衞生。前台服務態度非常一般，當天是晚上11點左右入住的，入住的時候以為是太晚了，前台太累所以沒有任何笑容、歡迎入住這些問候都覺得正常，我説我生病幫我安排無煙房，她也沒有迴應我的話語（就是直接是無視我這句話的），後來發現可能房間是禁煙的，但覺得前台無視客人的詢問非常沒有禮貌。因為訂了雙人房，想要2張房卡，説多一張房卡要交50按金，給了。然後退房的時候，我就問按金怎麼退，她一臉不耐煩説原路返回（開始她還以為我説的是房間按金，説我哪有交按金）後來就説原路退回。希望加強下前台的培訓吧，不需要你多熱情服務態度多好，起碼的尊重客人要做到。
